Installation Process
We diamond grind the floor surface

Step 1: We diamond grind the floor surface
The preparation process is the most important step during any flooring project. We use professional, high quality diamond grinders with a self contained vacuum system. We will grind the surface of the entire floor, which will profile the substrate and open the concrete material. We will then use a hand grinder to grind down the edges. All debris is then cleaned from the surface.
Step 2: We repair cracks and chips
The floor should be smooth and all cracks must be filled to achieve a flawless, smooth coated surface. Cracks must be opened with a diamond cutting wheel to be filled with a polyurea filler or mortar, which cures quickly. All dust and debris will then be fully removed.
Step 3: We apply a pigmented adhesive base coat
The epoxy base coat is rolled onto all vertical surfaces.
Step 4: We apply decorative flakes
Once the base coat is applied, we heavily broadcast vinyl flakes in the color of your choice with 100% coverage.
We will remove all excess flake material once the coating is fully cured. This is done by scraping the floor with a flat metal edge tool to knock down any standing flakes and smooth out the base coat. After the floor is scraped, we will vacuum it again to remove dust and debris.
Step 5: We apply a clear, durable top coat
A clear topcoat is applied using a squeegee and then back rolled to ensure that the topcoat is even and thick through, leaving a durable and consistent finish.
